Advisory services on Company Law Matters

We advise on compliance with various provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. We facilitate Incorporation of companies, Registration of Liaison, Branch and Project Offices of Foreign Companies with the Registrar of Companies. We advise on maintenance of statutory records as prescribed under Companies Act, 19556.

We assist in preparation of minutes of Board Meetings, Extraordinary General meetings and Annual General Meetings. We undertake preparation and filing of Annual Returns and other statutory documents as required under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.

Financial Advisory Service

We undertake Loan and Project services, which includes advisory services for Project feasibility reports, Project finance and loan arrangement, Company incorporation and Company Law related matters.

We arrange various funding proposals from Banks, Loans against property, etc. This includes liaison with the banks, financial institutions and PEs, etc for arranging loan / equity / credit infusion for various clients to enable them to meet their various Funding requirements and Working Capital funds. We undertake preparation of Project Reports for new projects, diversifications, capacity enhancements and working capital limit enhancements, for submission to the lending financial institutions.
