Statutory Audit Services :

In Audit services we offer our expertise in the conduct of statutory audit of various entities, including companies listed in the stock exchange. Our services go beyond the evaluation of financial statements and we endeavour to enable our clients to achieve their business objectives, ensure statutory compliances and strengthen corporate governance.

Internal Audit Services :

Internal audit comprises the areas as defined by the management and thus has a wide connotation. We have regularly conducted internal audit assignments for government organizations (PSU), companies, firms, trusts and other entities. These assignments includes conducting review of internal control systems, transaction and systems audits with suggestions for improvement and defining specific procedures to be initiated to overcome the weaknesses, if any.
Specific audit assignments include Systems study and development (eg. Inventory control), Fixed Assets records and systems, Depreciation and Capitalisation Account audits, Physical verification of Fixed Assets and codification, Systems and physical verification of stocks and stores, Excise Audits, etc.
Study and Development of system regarding Excise related records and documentation, and provide consultancy regarding proper interpretation of Excise laws & availment of Modvat credit. Specific assignments also include Production records & systems study and development.

Bank Audit Services :

We have been conducting various types of Bank audits - namely Statutory branch audits, Concurrent audits and Stock audits.
